If the job is “answer faster,” Instagram’s own tools may be enough. If the job is “turn a comment into a link, and that link into an email address I own,” only the fourth row does it.
What Instagram’s built-in auto reply can’t do

These are Meta’s published constraints on private replies — replies to someone who commented. They bind every tool built on the official API, BuzzWire included:
- One private reply per comment. Meta’s docs state “only one message can be sent to the person who commented.” One shot, so the link belongs in message one.
- A 7-day window. “The message must be sent within 7 days from when the comment was created” for posts, Reels and ads. On Instagram Live, only during the broadcast.
- 24 hours to continue. “Only when a person responds to the private message can you continue the conversation within the 24-hour messaging window.”
