This is a starter policy — have it reviewed by counsel before launch. BuzzWire (“we”) helps Instagram creators automate replies via Meta’s official Instagram API.

What we collect

• Account data — your email, and the Instagram Business/Creator account you connect.
• Automation data — flows, keywords, and message templates you create.
• Contact data — the Instagram users who engage with your automations, and any email/phone they choose to share with you in a DM.

How we use it

To operate your automations, deliver your messages through Meta’s API, show you analytics, and keep your account compliant and safe. We do not sell your data.

Instagram & Meta

We access Instagram data only through Meta’s official APIs and only with the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time, which stops all processing for that account.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us. Disconnecting your Instagram account removes its associated contact data.
