How to delete your BuzzWire account

Request deletion by email

1. Email support@buzzwire.io with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Send it from the email address you signed up with (for Google sign-in, your Google email), so we know the request is really from you.
3. We delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your workspace and connected Instagram account details
• All automations (active and paused)
• Contacts, captured leads and message history
• Your profile and login

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to use BuzzWire again later, you'll need to create a new account. We keep only records we're required to keep by law, such as billing records.

Disconnecting is not deleting

Disconnecting Instagram (in BuzzWire, or by removing BuzzWire in Instagram's settings) stops all automations right away, but your automations, contacts and history stay in your account so you can reconnect at any time. Your data is deleted only when you ask us to.

Just want to stop for now?

• Pause automations — switch them off on your flows page. Nothing sends, everything is kept.
• Cancel Pro — you move to the Free plan and keep your data.
• Export your leads first — download them as CSV from the Leads page (Pro) before you ask us to delete.

Followers and commenters

If a creator messaged you through BuzzWire and you want your data removed, please contact that creator — they control that data. You can also email us with your Instagram username and we'll help.
