The yearly Pro card says "Includes 20% Discount". The yearly Platinum+ card says "Includes 30% Discount".
The per-month figures in brackets are our division of the yearly price by 12. You pay the yearly price up front.
One wording difference is worth checking. The monthly cards say "25,000 DMs per month". The yearly cards say "25,000 DMs per account / per month".
That could mean the limit is per account on yearly plans. Ask LinkDM before you buy a year.
What does each LinkDM plan include?
Each LinkDM plan adds features and raises the DM limit. Here's what the pricing page lists, and who each plan suits.
Free: for testing and small accounts
- Comment to DM on posts and Reels, with unlimited linked posts.
- Facebook comment auto-replies by DM.
- Story automations, including story mention replies.
- Next Post, Next Story and inbox conversation starters.
LinkDM Free suits a creator who gets fewer than 1,000 keyword comments a month.
Pro: for busy creators and small teams
- Remove LinkDM Branding from your DMs.
- Comment auto-reply, a public reply after the DM goes out.
- Inbox automation, which auto-replies to inbox messages, and universal triggers.
- Flow automation, reminder DMs and a DM Planner.
- Lead Gen, which captures email addresses in chat.
- IG Live and advertising automation, plus Rewind for past comments.
LinkDM Pro suits a creator with 1,000 to 25,000 DMs a month, or up to 3 accounts.
Platinum+: for agencies and very high volume
- Everything in Pro, for up to 10 accounts.
- DM Overflow Queue and early access to new features.
- High Volume Rate Limiter and Slow Down Mode, per the comparison table.
LinkDM Platinum+ suits agencies and accounts that send more than 25,000 DMs a month.
Enterprise and partner plans
LinkDM Enterprise is custom-priced, with an account manager and API integration. LinkDM also offers partner plans that give a platform's creators Pro at no charge.
Is LinkDM free?
Yes. LinkDM Free sends up to 1,000 DMs a month on one Instagram account, and you don't need a credit card.

- Branding: Pro lists "Remove LinkDM Branding", so free DMs carry LinkDM branding.
- Exact badge text: not shown on LinkDM's pricing or Pro pages (checked 22 Oct 2026).
- Pro-only basics: public comment replies and inbox auto-replies are Pro features.
Some creators get LinkDM Pro without paying. Later Creator gives verified creators "unlimited automated DMs containing Later Creator links" and up to 3 accounts.

MagicLinks tells its creators: "we cover your full LinkDM Pro account!"

If you're with either platform, check that offer before you pay anyone.
What would LinkDM cost at 2,000, 10,000 or 50,000 comments a month?
A creator with 2,000 or 10,000 keyword comments a month needs LinkDM Pro. A creator with 50,000 needs Platinum+.
The math uses three assumptions:
- One account. Everything runs on one Instagram account.
- One DM per comment. Meta allows one private reply per comment, so each keyword comment means one DM.
- No extra messages. Flows and reminder DMs may add DMs. LinkDM's pricing page doesn't say how they count.

Not sure which scenario is yours? Check a recent post with the Instagram engagement rate calculator.
Scenario 1: 2,000 comments a month
- 2,000 DMs is over the 1,000-DM Free limit, so you need Pro.
- Monthly billing: $19 × 12 = $228 a year.
- Yearly billing: $182 a year, or about $15.17 a month.
- You'd use 2,000 of 25,000 DMs, which is 8% of the plan.
Scenario 2: 10,000 comments a month
- 10,000 DMs fits inside Pro's 25,000.
- The cost is the same: $19/mo or $182/yr.
- That's $1.90 per 1,000 DMs on monthly billing ($19 ÷ 10).
Scenario 3: 50,000 comments a month
- 50,000 DMs is over Pro's 25,000 on one account.
- Pro's extra accounts don't help, because all 50,000 comments land on one account.
- You need Platinum+: $99 × 12 = $1,188 a year, or $832 a year billed yearly.
- You'd use 50,000 of 300,000 DMs, which is about 17%.
| Keyword comments a month | LinkDM plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2,000 | Pro | $19/mo ($228/yr) | $182/yr |
| 10,000 | Pro | $19/mo ($228/yr) | $182/yr |
| 50,000 | Platinum+ | $99/mo ($1,188/yr) | $832/yr |
What limits and extra costs should you check before you pay?
Check five things before you pay for LinkDM. Each one comes from LinkDM's own pages.
- Per account or per plan. The yearly cards say "per account / per month". The monthly cards don't.
- Hourly sending limit. LinkDM says it has "a conservative DM send limit" tied to Instagram's guidelines.
- What Free does at that limit. Free DMs "resume sending to new comments only at the start of the next hour".
- What Pro does at that limit. On Pro, "DMs will be queued up and sent at the start of the next hour".
- Slow Down Mode. The Pro card lists it, but the comparison table marks it Platinum+ only.

The Free wording suggests comments that arrive during a pause may not get a DM. Ask LinkDM if that matters for your launches.
What happens when you pass 1,000 or 25,000 DMs in a month isn't on the pricing or Pro pages (checked 22 Oct 2026).
LinkDM also needs Facebook. Its Pro FAQ says users must "login with Facebook and to attach both their Instagram and connected Facebook page".
For Meta's own limits on automated DMs, see our page on Instagram DM limits.
How does LinkDM pricing compare with ManyChat, BuzzWire and others?
LinkDM's $19 Pro sits in the middle of this group on monthly billing. ReplyRush, CreatorFlow and BuzzWire cost less to start, and ManyChat costs more as your audience grows.
The tools count different things. LinkDM, ReplyRush and CreatorFlow count DMs. ManyChat counts active contacts, the people you message in a month. BuzzWire Free has no monthly DM count.
| Tool | Free plan | Entry plan, billed monthly | Entry plan, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| LinkDM | 1,000 DMs/mo | Pro $19/mo (25,000 DMs) | $182/yr |
| ManyChat | 25 contacts/mo | Essential $17/mo (250 contacts) | $168/yr ($14/mo) |
| ReplyRush | 1,500 DMs/mo | Lite $10/mo (7,500 DMs) | Not listed |
| CreatorFlow | 500 DMs/mo | Pro $15/mo (5,000 DMs per workspace) | $144/yr ($12/mo) |
| BuzzWire (our product) | No monthly DM cap, 1 account | Pro $9.99/mo | $79/yr ($6.58/mo) |
What each tool costs at 2,000, 10,000 and 50,000 comments
Here's the cheapest plan that covers each scenario on monthly billing. For ManyChat, we assume every comment comes from a different person.
| Tool | 2,000 a month | 10,000 a month | 50,000 a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| LinkDM | Pro, $19 | Pro, $19 | Platinum+, $99 |
| ManyChat | Pro, $39 | Business, $99 + $62.50 overage | Advanced, $199 + $100 overage |
| ReplyRush | Lite, $10 | Boost, $25 | Max, $100 |
| CreatorFlow | Pro, $15 | Growth, $30 | Over Growth's 10,000; top-up price not listed |
| BuzzWire (our product) | Free, $0 | Free, $0 | Free, $0 |
ManyChat's overage math: Business includes 7,500 contacts, plus 2,500 × $0.025. Advanced includes 25,000, plus 25,000 × $0.004.
ManyChat's pricing page lists that $0.004 Advanced rate. Its pricing blog calls Advanced overage "Custom pricing", so confirm it with ManyChat.
